No, like, if AI was ever gonna actually take away jobs, eliminating the safeguards on PHI use is huge. There's a whole class of agreements (data use) between research orgs of all stripes about obtaining & using PHI in research & you blow this the fuck up with this. 30% of my old job was DUAs.

If a company wants your PHI they generally have to go through, I am not kidding, like 500 steps. There are agreements & compliance offices & lawyers who JUST do this ALL DAY so Lilly or AZ or Abbvie can't just profit off your info. And you're just gonna give it to them?
