Today is #NationalLawEnforcementSuicideAwarenessDay I wrote this dedication for my dissertation in 2021. In the 4 years since, another 500 officers have died by suicide. It is for these individuals - these mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, friends - that I do this work. (1/)
