Maybe this is just me and my friends, but I find most "Disney Adults" aren't so much loyal to the Disney brand as we are endlessly FASCINATED by the company's history and unique place in pop culture. Often much the same way true crime aficionados are fascinated by serial killers.

Disney Adults often get a bad rap for their hyperfixation on the brand, but you gotta hand it to them that they generally have a moral standard. They love what they create, but they’re not loyal to the company.
