This has been such a rough year in so many ways. Feels like digging out from it is taking all my energy. I still exist, I still yap, but I'm hoping the year to come we all find ways to navigate with sanity and health intact.

I never had any impact on the internet but I did draw this and went kinda viral on Twitter many years ago. Haven't been able to make anything like it sense but still one of my all time favorite art pieces.

Not only a perfect denouement, it was the end of an era. Thirty years ago today, this strip was published.

If you're not trans, I don't think I can fully explain how important this is. It's so powerful that one of the most circulated science media publications in the world has come out and said "trans children are real and providing transition care improves their lives." That's groundbreaking.

Wish I could turn my brain off at times.
