if your game is running much worse at lower quality settings, it might be because you set the render scaling to 600% instead of 60%. This has never happened to me, but just in case it happens to someone else.. that's your problem

Games don't need better graphics, they need better/more expressive animation and voice acting. If a studio is going to sink so. MUCH. money into visuals you can count every hair in a beard, it's so strange to me that they don't bother to put the same care into making their cast move and SOUND good.
