Star Trek Enterprise. Rewatched it last year and while it's got a number of issues, there is some real gold mixed in there. Occasionally great episodes, T'Pol and Tucker, Shran, some interesting world building. Just bogged down by bad network decisions and lack of commitment to the premise.

It's gotta be Macho Man. So many of the ones who became my favorites have... not panned out. Special mention for Katsuyori Shibata, a wrestler so good his gimmick is he is the very best wrestler.
