Lukewarm take. I like /all/ mechanics to be bold so I can quickly scan the text when I am looking for a rule refresher, and know which bits interact with which other bits at a glance. If words attached to mechanics start getting left out for being ubiquitous, I worry they'll feel unappreciated.

This is a thing I finished the draft of today. 🥳 I'm just going to side-eye it over the weekend before I send it along, because I like to compulsively stew on things after I think they're done, just for a little while. As a treat.

I realized somewhere along the way, I don't particularly like games with an emphasis on the author's idea of how weapons work 'realistically'.

Honestly? Fair.

Finally a bunch of proofs that actually justified their astronomical cost. Big production run is ordered, now we try to forget the small fortune we just spent on printing by going out for celebratory coffee! Yay!
