Ok fine, I’ll do #mcm #monochromemonday. Felt strong today at the gym. RDLs, overhead press, and dumbbell rows. I did deficit barbell lunges, but I did not feel good about them 😤

Feeling good about myself today. Back to back workout classes, laundry, dishes, now reading and wine time while the hubby plays Avowed. Starting Dungeon Crawler Carl book 7 and this is the silliest book series that I can’t stop reading.

Living for robe season over here

Still feeling a little soft around the edges from a 2 week trip to see friends and family followed by a sinus infection. But I’ve got my Christmas narwhal mug, I’m back on my workout schedule, and hubby and I went out and got fancy Christmas lights last night. So we’re getting there.

I heard we’re doing monochrome Monday for #mcm? I do remember having a phone with a black & white sensor (Essential PH-1 for my gadget nerds). It gave very different results than a filter, but I’m not enough of a photographer to explain why. I miss that phone.
