The argument you are making boils down to "not assigning moral value to people's bodies is a conditional benevolent action that I have the right to revoke if I judge that someone has an Incorrect Body and is sufficently Bad".

But also, like, allowing yourself to judge one person's body as wrong or morally bad sets patterns in your subconscious that give permission to judge other people's bodies because they're also jerks, and then because you don't approve of their choices. I refuse to cede any ground to such judgments.
