In case you’re wondering who calls the shots for whom, Trump told Netanyahu to enter a ten day ceasefire with Lebanon and announced it before the Israeli security cabinet could discuss it, let alone vote on it.

The Israeli Cabinet were summoned to a conference call to discuss a ceasefire, but Trump's post came out before the call started while they were waiting on the line.

This is not hard to believe unfortunately.

So it looks like they took Trump's mobile phone away once the F15 went down until the rescue was over, because they didn't trust him not to leak rescue details to journos, leading to "Where's Trump?" stories. Now he has his phone back and immediately leaked details about arming the Kurds.
