Good day – up and out early to New York for meetings; did a quick exchange at B&H; then to my meeting; then down to the Ethan Cohen Gallery on 17th Street for a Carole Feuerman exhibit; and then on the first train out after Penn Station reopened. Walked 6.72 miles in the process!

I had a pretty good day yesterday. In addition to a snort at one of the local tiki bars, I had soft serve chocolate ice cream at three separate joints – Lighthouse (Red Bank), Moby's (Highlands) and Hinlickety's (Highlands). The carbohydrate crash kicked in shortly thereafter!
