On top of all the other good news tonight, our small (5,000) town’s incumbent mayor, the first gay mayor in Monmouth County (NJ), won her third consecutive term. The town’s housing value doubled in just the last five years alone, and she has brought $14 million in grant money.

Over the summer I had a client that built lower income housing in New Jersey, and at a ribbon-cutting of one of their properties had a chance to get a couple of snapshots of NJ Governor-elect Mikie Sherrill. Congratulations Mikie!!!
