This was more than a decade ago, so I don’t remember specifics, but I learned not to worry if I was qualified because men certainly didn’t.

This whole Platner fiasco reminds me of how—on average—women feel they have to have a higher percentage of a job’s required qualifications before they apply when compared to men. He didn’t think any of this was disqualifying, and everyone around him also didn’t think it was disqualifying.

WHY ARE THERE ENDORSEMENTS TO WITHDRAW IN THE FIRST PLACE?
