If Deadpool is in Doomsday I might give it a miss. Deadpool 1 & 2 were fine but there's a blandness and cynicism to Ryan Reynolds and Deadpool 3 that I find really irritating and a waste of my money. These newer movies feel like green screen scam fodder anyway. Comicswise, I still love superheroes

It's that time again where I hyperfixate on live action Spider-mansss I just love the ASM1 suit so much. The back upper red bit is so high and it exaggerates the lankiness of his posture, as does the red down his arms. It's like if the Alex Ross 2002 suit and Ditko suit was made by Decathlon.

Bought a second hand PS4 and been replaying Spider-Man. It still holds up - and taking out Sable soldiers feels pretty cathartic I won't lie lol. Especially in the ASM suit which feels pretty on-brand, Imo if any movie Spidey would throw down ICE grunts it would be Andrew Garfield

Don’t worry about not being good enough to start. Draw one page and go from there. There’s a big difference between the act of drawing pages and studying anatomy or perspective- you can train forever but the best training is by writing scenarios where you draw things you never normally would.

Oof! Finally home from a cinema screening of The Fellowship of The Ring extended edition. I never saw the theatrical version until it came out on VHS so it was a real treat seeing it in the cinema. From the models to the vistas to the Uruk Hai roar, that trilogy was made for the big screen.
