I'm very glad Rep. Kean was able to take time off of work and get treatment for his depression. Rep. Kean also voted for the OBBB, which will kick Americans who need to take a month from work to seek mental health treatment off of Medicaid because they're "able-bodied adults".

I have a lot of thoughts about this article. 1) Derm is a pink collar specialty. That means more women and lower pay than other specialties. You shouldn't discuss privatization in derm without acknowledging the gender pay gap in medicine. Ofc this article and the 2 male derms interviewed don't.
