To try and help clear up confusion going around BSky at the moment regarding the gov’t shutdown: The Democratic Party folded. They agreed to re-open government for a PROMISE of a vote. Yes, SNAP recipients suffered for *nothing*. Yes, there was NO ACA extension. Yes, they accepted ALL the blame.
