My babies have grown up 😭 Look how tiny they were - Pistachio was even smaller than Jellybean, oh how the tables have turned (this was before I got Pumpkin Seed!) I think you can see why we thought Pistachio was a dwarf lol - she was just so tiny, but she proved us all wrong!

Pistachio has been such a sweet bean recently - she's really gained a lot of confidence, and its so nice seeing her willing to engage with me. I love my confident rats but there is something so special about seeing a skittish rat like Pistachio gain her confidence and become a smoosh ❤️

I got my girls some bacon scented edible bubbles and I really thought they'd enjoy chasing them around...as it turns out they just wanted to eat them lol, they spent the entire time just tracking down bubble clusters to lick (see Chickpea's yoshi tongue at the start!) Pistachio was chilling in a hammock, so I had to take this rare opportunity to get some pets in. Stash is a bit of a skittish girl and tends to always sleep with the other rats, but despite that she enjoys being held and will often chill in my lap for pets during free-range.

I love this clip of Espresso, while she was more of an adventurous rat vs a cuddler, she always enjoys hanging out with me and would often perch on my lap or shoulder in between running time. She really was a confident and sweet rat!

I caught the cutest clip of Crumb grooming her tail the other day - this is a bit of a rarity because rats don't groom their tails quite as much as they groom the rest of them, so I find it extra adorable when they do it!

This here was my sweet girl Biscuit, another of my heart rats and the sweetest & gentlest rat imaginable! Biscuit was a big people rat, she was one of my feeder bin babies and was playful from day 1. Then at about 12 weeks of age she discovered cuddling and the rest was history!
