22 years old today! Still the best Christmas present ever.

One of the more interesting things I did when interning at NASA in college was supporting the PR / Comms team during a shuttle launch. That meant fielding calls from reporters around the world and mostly responding from scripted answers.

Internet was glitchy last night so Cheryl and I busted out the fancy Scrabble. Haven’t played in a while but managed to get “JUTE” for 57 points so I got that going for me.

Dropped off my son at college and took the opportunity to go on a hike in the nearby mountains. I saw a deer, a rabbit, a beaver and a chipmunk - all on the college campus and none in the mountains.

Went on my first underground boat ride

Made my way downtown this weekend to watch Selena - 28(?!) years ago in college I was an intern for Warner Bros. Pictures when the movie came out and helped run the premier in Selena's hometown of Corpus Christi, Texas.
