As a child I was stumped on how they got the motion blur in this scene. It's claymation so it can't just be drawn in. Much later I found out that all the blur in the tracking and panning shots is actual *motion* blur. The sets were moved for a fraction of a second during each exposure!

I think the whole Okami IGN watermark *crisis* of '08 is well known at this point, but did you know BradyGames' revised strategy guide for the Wii version ALSO had an IGN watermark in a slightly different spot? It was a different time, where IGN was clearly the only website to upload Okami images

#RandomGameSaturday Bioshock Infinite (360) I loved Bioshock 1 & 2! I had to buy this right away! And then… I was kind of disappointed with it. I may have enjoyed it well enough if it wasn’t carrying the Bioshock legacy, but that’s how it is. I flipped the cover to the alternate backside art.

My daughter told me today about a game she plays while in the car. She imagines a guy running along the side of the car, jumping over the buildings & cars we drive past. Glad to see today's kids imagine the same things we did. That running guy got me through so many car rides when I was little.
