What we are witnessing is an outright abuse of power. This administration is attacking critics and using fear as a weapon to silence anyone who would speak out. Media corporations — from television networks to newspapers — are capitulating to these threats.

So, um, we don’t need the legislation. The Constitution is pretty clear about this. The remedies are clear. And short of those, how about standing firm on no budget ok until Trump/GOP agree to…adhere to the Constitution. Or, perhaps, just approve extension a month at a time…if he complies.
