I mean, tips are 100% a wage subsidy. The cost of living is astronomically high. My staff make $5-10/hr in tips on top of their wages (which are higher than minimum wage,) and this just barely makes a living wage for those that have full-time hours. There is no profit so share. I use to really love Folio Society eds, but their pivot deep into sff is somehow increasingly offputting to me I should love this. But it feels...like fan service?
