This has honestly been my most difficult year since my mom passed. But it’s also the year I became a published writer, saw new parts of the world, and cooked a bunch of great food. I’m grateful to be here with you.

As someone who reads and writes and breathes lesbian pulp I have some thoughts.

Our lives are subversive to the people who would crush us. We might as well embrace that in our art.

SUPER COOL AND VALID REASONS TO TRANSITION, AN INCOMPLETE LIST: 1) I’ve had dysphoria my whole life and it ruined me. I dropped out of school and almost died before finally transitioning. Now that I am who I was always supposed to be, I can breathe easily for the first time. 2) It seemed cool.
