My experience is that at the height of Elon’s political involvement Bluesky was better than X but now it is worse again. On X I stay on my following feed. I feel that this place is a bit of an echo chamber and people get outraged too quickly when someone deviates from the site’s orthodoxy.

Recently there's been interest in whether it matters, given pending program changes, that some states call their Medicaid programs something other than "Medicaid" — Med-QUEST in Hawaii, for example (my favorite).
