It was clear and deliberate murder by an ICE agent. Horrifying and inexcusable.

I saw the videos. She was clearly trying to get away, her wheels were turned AWAY from the agent, and she was driving AWAY. She never touched him. He shot her at point-blank range. It was murder. Then he calmly walked away, unhurt. They are lying about it.

Her vehicle's right front panel cleared the ICE agent who didn't open fire until after he was at the side of her vehicle. He used deadly force on a fleeing individual, which is against DHS policy. This is murder. He needs to be arrested.
