It's not a workplace, it's a public event with families in attendance. The gambling warrant was for 5 people based on a tip about Facebook posts. They stopped and checked over 300 people attending a public event; ICE arrested over 100 completely unrelated to gambling.

That immigration raid last Sunday in nearby Wilder, ID: 104 people were taken away. Families don’t know where they are. Wilder has a population of 1745. About half of these are Latino.
