A lot of people may think that my postings here will change no ones mind, and are a waste of time. That I am "preaching to the choir". That may be so, but speaking to those who still need to be convinced at this point has been an exercise in futility, and it helps to vent.

It feels like America has been through open heart surgery without anesthesia for the last 10 months.

A majority of Indiana Senate Republicans stood together to reject Trump’s mob-boss politics. There is more power in standing up to a corrupt, unpopular administration rather than playing its game. Law firms, universities, foundations, and media companies should take note.

The gop majority in congress controls nothing. Like the majority on the Supreme Court, they rubber stamp whatever the boss hands them. The rest of the time, they sit staring into their lattes while he does as he pleases. He's like a spoiled child with 280 feckless parents.

It takes a special kind of despicable to look on the Gaza massacre as a business opportunity, and a land grab, but that's what the administration, and many others are doing. It's a call for ethnic cleansing being happily endorsed by our president and his party.

The logic White house reporters use for not asking the tough questions that we all need answers to is that, if they do, he won't take their questions anymore. So, they ask easy ones, and let it slide when he doesn't answer those questions either.

I just watched ABC news report that the latest jobs, and unemployment data show that the economy is improving. What they did not mention was that trump had replaced those who returned data that showed the exact opposite with people who would report on what a fine job he was doing. trump "owns" ABC.

No matter how long I live after we get through this dark chapter, I will never get over the immorality, the amorality, the corruption, the criminality and the cruelty in service to one of the worst humans to ever walk the earth.

Around 70% of the U.S. economy depends on consumer spending. As wealth concentrates in the richest 10%, the rest of America can’t afford to buy enough to keep the economy running. This is a huge problem — and even America’s most powerful CEOs are starting to sound the alarm.

trump is suggesting lowering safety standards for cheap, tiny cars as his answer to affordability. Eventually, only the most affluent will be able to afford the larger, sturdier s.u.v.s, and pickups. The less than affluent will be weaving among them on the road in barely visible, tiny death traps.
