Breakfast! Sweet potato toast air fried with pistachio butter and wild blueberries. Delicious!

On a low sulfur a diet for 6 weeks per drs orders. Already have to eat low histamine. This is going to be a challenge. Will try introducing some new higher histamine foods so I can eat more stuff. Hoping i am more tolerant of some histamine now. 🤞🏼

I am so desperate for relief from these migraine attacks that I started reading this pain reprocessing workbook. It says to refer to your pain as just another sensation. My therapist had a fit when I told her. Apparently she is not ok with me gaslighting myself. Yes, I know I have a bad attitude.

On day 5 of a moderate/severe migraine attack. Am so hyper and can’t see for shit. Migraine is so odd. At least the meds worked pretty good today. Starting steroids on Monday! Woohoo!

Had to drop off little Fluffernutter for her dental. Hope she doesn’t need any extractions. I worry so much when either of them needs to be left at the vet and put under anesthesia.

I can’t deal with the Summer House scandal. Amanda and West are awful people. Ciara deserves better.
