SCOTUS will allow Alabama to use a congressional map that a lower court found intentionally discriminated against Black voters. A Court so fundamentally hostile to the rights of minority voters places it at odds with democracy itself. This is Chief Justice John Roberts’ legacy.

DHS will require every green card applicant to leave the country before applying, even if they qualify for a green card or leaving would disqualify them. The agency has already cut green card approvals in half over the past year. Remember: it was never about legal immigration.

Random reminder that banning elected officials from trading stock is a total no brainer. They can use privileged information to make money on the stock market, while they’re supposed to be working for you. Make no mistake — it’s legalized corruption.

This is dead on. If the Democrats retake the House and Senate--or even just the House--it could mark the beginning of the end of a 50-year Republican project. If they can't? The GOP will spend the next 2 years destroying all remaining guardrails. Most important midterms of our lives, no question.

Absolutely extraordinary. The Democrats conceded *nothing* and got everything they demanded. They said no ICE/CBP funding, and that's precisely what happened. In other words, they did not cave. At all. But the GOP did—completely.

The President of the United States is threatening to commit war crimes and wipe out a "whole civilization" — all because he started a disastrous war of his own making and had no plan and no strategy for how to end it. This is abhorrent, and the American people do not support this.
