Dojo Masters has a new expansion adding 3 more characters and a few challenge missions like this. It's one of my favorite indie fighters, it's basically a modernized Karate Champ with several types of martial arts to choose from. Surprising depth and execution ceiling for a two button game.

"Let me make sure there is colorblind options, lemme make sure their is support for larger text support if I can" and yeah sometimes you get some Celeste style options, but no one owes you a game you can complete. They just might also make sure you don't fail for the wrong reasons.

Tried 2xko beta. It's pretty good, not sure if I will be around for the long haul. Game has good presentation, I like how fluid tagging is. Not that crazy about how the buttons feel to press. Two special buttons is a lot less intuitive for me compared to motions.

I'm used to guilty gear one button/command normal anti airs so a dragon punch anti air isn't second nature to me, but what's funny is, if I read a jump and stare directly at the air space directly in front of the opponent, i can hit an anti air dp pretty consistently

was stuck on plat 2 for a few days but something clicked. might take a break from ranked for a bit now. i kinda miss the win streaks bonus from the lower ranks.

figured out that this guy basically either went for jump in or drive impact every time so I stopped doing anything else besides trying to react to those 2 things missed some easy combos but this was a pretty fun round

LRT: I now feel extra validated giving Maria a 'get over here' type move in Mega Knockdown..
