I haven’t toured or played live music for half a decade now…but last night I had another gig-anxiety dream that was pretty intense. It also felt like it lasted forever. My late-music-career burnout left some PTSD like symptoms & they go on and on.

Things I did today: -turned over the entire vegetable garden with a pickaxe & shovel. -pruned back the climbing roses, turned over their soil, fertilized. -weeded the bush rose garden. -sprayed the lilies for beetles, sprayed the garden for deer. -Major ‘spring’ overhaul of one of the hives...

3 hummingbird feeders up, thanks to the one that buzzed us then perched in the tree above our outdoor fire last night. They’re already getting some action. Eventually I’ll add 3 more…they’re so territorial that I put up lots so all can be fed rather than chased off by a jerk male hummingbird.
