So Underworld Evolution was fun but definitely worse than Underworld. The plot was much more coherent and followable, which is not a good thing in a series that's already this dumb. Derek Jacobi should in theory be an even trade for Bill Nighy but he's phoning it in so much more.

Just watched Underworld (2003) for the first time. It is *not* a good movie - trying to be The Matrix with a budget of $25m for leather clothes and $8.99 for fight choreography - but I had fun.
