On one production during COVID I was a board supe on a 3D show. It was my first time supervising for 3D. I got my 1st ever employee assessment where some of my srs and jrs wrote how I did. My producer read it out to me & it was overwhelmingly positive. Sat on a zoom turning bright red & was touched.
