You can get a RISC-V tablet from Pine64. GhostWrite was not a general RISC-V issue, it was an issue with a custom T-HEAD extension. You can use a SpacemiT K1/M1 RISC-V chip with vectors without the GhostWrite issue. Google was waiting for RVA23, and RVA23 hardware will arrive in a couple of months.

OpenWrt is amazing. I just installed the latest stable release onto a WrtNode that was previously running LEDE 17.01. Everything just worked, and my config was preserved :) Hardware that's over a decade old, and that's been sat idle for years; and many many skipped releases. 👍 to the maintainers

This is a thought provoking, bite sized little piece that boils down to, "don't give feedback on EVERYTHING, because not everything matters! give feedback on things that have impact." I think it's a *great* exercise for the feedback-giver to think through the impact they want their advice to have.

Apparently my best way of relaxing is writing CGI programs on the sofa and benchmarking them out of a sense of nostalgia plus a love for modern CPUs.
