I live in St. Paul, this doesn't feel like law enforcement. Imagine if these officers were calm, friendly, in shirts, windbreakers, with sidearm/handcuffs on belts like other officers. Instead they are aggressive, combative, masked, armored, armed for war and riots. We're so much better than this
