The only thing I will say: I could not do what TOs do for Splatoon. Volunteering your own time with the risk of being harassed and/or discriminated against is mind boggling to me. I don’t know how they do it but when they do leave, as we have seen many great people leave, I understand why.

For Splatoon comp players worried about getting into servers, certain divs or whatever, put that aside and focus on yourself 👍🏽. Numbers don’t define you, and most importantly, a game doesn’t define you. Do well in school. Do well in work. Do well in life.
