I wrote a plugin for #Godot that does the following: 1. Generates Mesh 2. Unwraps Mesh for Lighting 3. Creates Collision Shape 3D 4. Creates Static Mesh with Collision Shape 5. Rebakes Occlusion from Mesh This saves me about 12 clicks, and around 3 minutes of work every single time I build levels.

Honestly this has been my experience. When @jetbrains.com rolled out their local AI code-suggestions I gave it a fair shake for a number of months, but ultimately ended up turning it off as the few times it guessed correctly was not worth all the times it was just completely out of it.

For those mid-way or further through production on Unity I feel for you, really. Tools like using bundles or deep discounts to get some visibility are just being take from you and that's fucking brutal.

Today was a bunch of asset work if it wasn't obvious. Going to work a bit on tank controls since I do have the original code from the godot 3.5 version. But I'm going things a little differently this go around.

Back on the wii tanks train, this is tank v2. Obviously you'll never see it this close since the game is top-down but I wanted something a little cuter than the last attempt. Sorta going for a dorky interwar kinda vibe. Next up this baby needs some texturing, but a simple triplanar will do for now.
