Another video of my level contribution to A 2nd X Thing Gaiden Gaiden, a Xmas Advent led by Heraga and the talkhaus community. This time, it's my own gameplay, including one silly death, some dev commentary in the description and showcasing an easter egg that raocow missed in their playthrough.

I think so-called "AI detectors" (which themselves are AI-powered anyway) are unreliable. Like, this is literally just an unaltered screenshot from AoStH from 1993, some 30 years before generative AI even existed. I have no doubt these sites have gotten real artists falsely accused of using AI.

As it's a hot topic right now: We do not use any Gen AI or LLMs in any of our games & are not planning to. So far its implementations have felt far from "necessary" & come with a myriad of ethical/environmental concerns. But most importantly, we enjoy every step of the creative process without it.
