Yesterday, five-year-old Liam and his dad Adrian were released from Dilley detention center. I picked them up last night and escorted them back to Minnesota this morning. Liam is now home. With his hat and his backpack.

Twin Cities rapid responders have set up a "filter blockade" at 34th and Cedar and are calling for volunteers and donations. This is a new tactic developing over the last week: community is allowed to pass, but ICE agents are stopped/slowed before they can terrorize our neighbors.

Breaking: ICE is now reportedly following white people on grocery runs in Minnesota, suspecting they're delivering food to neighbors too afraid to leave their homes. Neighborhood instructions: Don't put the address in your phone. Don't use GPS. Write it on paper. And if you get stopped, eat it.

I live a few blocks from the VA hospital. at my neighborhood vigil, we gathered in front of the airbase that ICE often comes out of and uses to get access to the highways. a man spoke about alex, being in the same union together at the VA. well over 300 people by my estimation came out.

You have to read this. Firsthand affidavit from one of the women who was there and recording the video. She talks about how Alex Pretti was directing traffic when she arrived. She watched him be killed in front of her. She's afraid to go home, worried she'll be arrested.

MPD are cutting off Nicollet southward starting at 24th, and headed all the way down to at least 28th. Tear gas was being deployed as I left to go home. If you are responding in the area, wear a respirator mask. ICE and MPD allowed a bus to drive through the scene as well.

I just responded to the scene at 26th and Nicollet shortly after the observer was shot. They teargassed and/or pepper sprayed Jana Shortal of KARE11 at the scene and she was being treated when I walked up. ICE have a fancy camera they are using to scan the faces of the crowd.

ICE executed someone in the street outside the donut shop but it has not slowed down their active raids on homes and businesses in neighborhoods all around the cities so please be vigilant.

as expected, today was exceptionally busy in my neighborhood again while the main downtown protests were happening. I spent most of my day outside, active. convoy after convoy rolled out, heading out to the metro area. I witnessed another abduction today, a man separated from his wife.

ICE has been regularly using the main roads that I live on and between bc they connect to the reserve building. the reports today have been near constant. I don't push down that feeling of illness, the one always building in my stomach. eyes up, eyes out.
