It’s Long Covid Awareness Day (which I think should be the Ides of March, for reasons that will become clear.) Some of you have heard this before. But I wanted to share my Long Covid story, because I think you should hear it. On my birthday in November 2022, I woke up with Covid.

To try to tackle the gastro issues I have suffered ever since getting covid in 2020, I have started on a low FODMAP diet—it really seems to be working AND I get to eat oats three times a day!

Society has not become "polarised" over covid.
