as for testing the IMSAI, after ensuring the PSU is fine, i'll add in the front panel, CPU, and some RAM. see if I can at least run small test programs toggled in on the front panel. I know I was able to before, I just want to try again, and document what the issues were I had back then.

i have purchased: variac. hopefully gonna be bringing up the IMSAI 8080 PSU soon and measure the voltage rails and see if we're all good :) then slowly add in some cards and test for functionality.
