I actually love hanging out at the airport. I am needed all day, every day. I make thousands of decisions every shift plus all the regular ones everyone makes. Once I’m at the airport, nothing is up to me. I’ve done my part. I’m where I’m supposed to be. And I’m not in charge. And that’s glorious.

As evidenced by the email I got earlier today. We knew this was coming. There is a plan, a stockpile, and expedited treatments. All things the general public knew nothing about pre-2020, but that are common for the side of medicine that protects constantly with no credit. I hope we do so again.

I will say this will be taken far more seriously than most disease issues. Why? Because veterinarians will largely be in charge. Because TAHC is actually a functioning entity. Because animal deaths get more attention than human deaths. And production animals are money. So. Still: fuck.
