Oscar Isaac had a unique take on Victor. Literally a man who suceeds in what he sets out to do and when he does, he has no idea what to do after. I've never seen Jacob Elordi's other work but he did an excellent job of making us feel sorry for him. I see why they call him the creature, not monster.

The next 3 months are going to consist of me preparing for the grueling year that will be 2026. I had planned for 2025 to be the year I got things done but my little hospital trip in April derailed things for me more than a I'd like to admit. Time to start planning and making schedules.

Finished the Legend of Viking Thunder by @mglnrd.bsky.social a couple of days ago and it was great. I like where the story is going and all the new possibilities and mysteries that came with it. I can't wait to see where they go next! The cover is up on Amazon already and it looks very exciting!

Sadly, no matter how much pivoting we did. The sofa did not fit.

I went into Haunted Hotel not expecting much but came out pleasantly surprised. Good voice cast, some wonderful characters, so many big laughs and nods to horror movies along with surprisingly heart wrenching moments. Jimmy Simpson was an absolute stand out as the demon Abaddon. Roll on season 2!
