my thought with all those at Epic today. it should be illegal to lay off 20% of your workforce on a whim. it's not perfect, but there are more protections against this sort of thing in Europe. support politicians with legitimate connections to labor unions.

I have been impacted by the layoffs. After dodging 4 in my career it was bound to happen. The feelings haven't hit yet. Still processing honestly. I have a lot of thoughts and tea that I cannot say of course. If you need a 12 year QA Veteran or a junior designer, let me know I guess.
