Those Little Potato Co potatoes are SO GOOD. Smol Red potatoes, 5 minutes in the container in the microwave, and then DH can have his plain and I can sprinkle the garlic and parsley packet on mine (more for me!) with some butter. And then the rest in the fridge for breakfasts or soup.

Between this morning's stories abt measles in the Texas camp, the plan to go after Haitians, Holocaust survivors asking if they can hide their nursing staff in rooms, and that "stylized" "art" from some college Republicans of a kneeling person being executed, I already need a break. It's only 9am.
