📌 Supporting participation in Long COVID requires attention to the quality of everyday experiences, not only activity levels or symptom reduction.

📌 The type of activity people engage in explains more variation in how activities are experienced than symptoms or environmental conditions alone.

📌 Experiences of daily activities, such as energy restoration, social connection, pleasure, interest, productivity and competence, fluctuate across the day in people with long COVID, with the greatest variability seen in energy restoration.
