When I spoke to Sakiyama in October about his case, he said the Border Patrol agents who detained him didn't seem like they were from Chicagoland. A probable cause statement for Sakiyama's arrest named an agent Saul Rivas, from El Centro Sector in California, plus agents "R. Inglet and J. Parker."
