I think my ultimate dream game I want to make in my career would be a 3D / 2.5D exploration platformer. Something where you dive into different worlds inspired by my favourite game series from childhood: Spyro 1-3, Crash Bandicoot 1-3, Super Mario 64 & Galaxy. #gamedev

The answer to this is of course using AI for design docs counts as using it to develop your game. Get your own ideas. And IMO using it for scheduling or budgets is downright stupid. Who will be held accountable when it's wrong? (Which it will be) (screenshot cos OP closed replies & QRPs) #gamedev

You know if a game *doesn't* use AI, people who like AI will still buy it if it's a good game. But people who don't like AI (like me) won't buy an otherwise good game even if it uses AI for like 1 placeholder. Maybe CEOs who only understand numbers should think am I limiting my potential audience?

There is a very large market out there for non AI versions of all commonly used software, whether that's browsers, word processors, email clients etc. etc. Like a great start-up idea right now would be "Copy every service Google offered exactly as it was 5 years ago and don't add AI".
