Not ICE, but CBP. ICE is terrible, but CBP is orders of magnitude worse. In many ways, abolishing or radically overhauling CBP is of greater urgency than ICE, but likely tougher to do. One can argue that ~all of ICE's duties can be reallocated. Harder to say that with CBP.
