I always make the point that the 1990s weren't boldly the stereotypical trash decade people remember it being tied to Space Jam, so often the 1980s and even some 70s seeped through every aspect of the 90s. Like, a lot of my first toys were hand-me-downs from my eldest sibling who was born in '77.

An overwhelming day for me that Dr. Seuss TV specials and Terrytoons, both things I know by heart are airing back to back on MeTV Toons. I don't know if I want to put on some dumb smile or that it's the stars that've perfectly aligned in my favor but I'm certainly being given the full-course dinner.

I forgot that MeTV Toons is also going to air the Seuss TV movies tonight for the first time in decades!! And it's not only the usuals but stuff like The Hoober-Bloob Highway, even Daisy Head Mayzie that I probably haven't seen since I was a Kindergartener. THIS NETWORK JUST KEEPS RAISING THE BAR.
