After last week's Supreme Court ruling we want to be clear that we welcome & support all women and girls. Trans & non-binary people are as important to us as biological women & are a valued part of our crew. We remain welcome to allies from any sex, gender or background. #transrightsarehumanrights

This year for #IWD2025 we're doing something a little different. A lunchtime pop-up "safe space" ride around the city centre on Monday 10th March. We'll start outside the City of Edinburgh Council's offices at Waverley Court on East Market Street at 12:30. Bring your noodles!

Out with the @infrasisters.bsky.social last night, campaigning for better cycle infrastructure for women. Riding along Grassmarket, conscious that we first passed the place where a cyclist was choked by an angry motorist, then the narrow crowded pavements where a pedestrian was killed by a coach.

I hate when she comes home and gives me gory details of near misses with buses, male arseholes giving her grief and the general shitness of it all in Edinburgh.
