Update from Scottish Water: I arrived on site at the point where Murray burn meets the Water Of Leith. I found no issues with the watercourse, and all Scottish water assets were found to be in working order. Scottish water will continue to monitor this location over the next coming weeks.”

We are regularly asked about this empty housing block, have raised with local councillors, and yet it seems the developer remains reluctant to abide by the legal agreement they signed to deliver an element of affordable housing as part of their planning permission.

This was eye popping, and correctly diagnoses what has gone very, very wrong, dispels myths, and provides the medicine needed. Almost certainly a read across from this to the UK and other countries.
